About the Role
As a Bartender with Briggs Management, you'll be the heart of our bar operation. You'll master the craft of mixology—from classic cocktails and frozen daiquiris to sophisticated spirit-forward creations—while maintaining the highest standards of guest service and cleanliness. This is a full-time position where your personality, skill, and professionalism directly impact guest satisfaction and bar performance.
What You'll Do
- Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty frozen drinks
- Welcome guests warmly, present menu options, and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift, following all health and safety protocols
- Build genuine relationships with regulars and new guests, remembering preferences and delivering personalized service
- Operate the POS system accurately to ring sales and process payments
- Collaborate with server and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven bartending experience in a high-volume bar or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beer, and cocktail preparation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Florida bartender license or willingness to obtain one
