You'll ensure our shelves are consistently filled with quality merchandise, our backroom is organized, and our customers find what they need every time they shop. What You'll Do

• Stock merchandise on shelves and displays throughout the store, ensuring proper placement, organization, and pricing accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors and the team
• Organize and maintain backroom storage areas, keeping merchandise accessible and safe
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols (training provided)
• Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying counts and condition of items
• Rotate stock to maintain freshness and follow FIFO (first in, first out) standards where applicable
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently during assigned shifts
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report any hazards or concerns

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail or warehouse experience valued
• Physical stamina and ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned full-time hours
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Willingness to be trained on equipment and Walmart systems
