Production Operator – 2nd Shift

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable Production Operator to work the 2nd shift, preparing and running production equipment for molding, coating, and pad printing applications. You'll be responsible for equipment setup, executing production runs, and ensuring every finished product meets our quality benchmarks. Working independently within your assigned area, you'll process orders efficiently while adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.

What You'll Do

• Prepare equipment for production by configuring settings and performing required setup tasks
• Operate molding, coating, or pad printing equipment according to production specifications
• Monitor equipment performance and part quality throughout your shift
• Complete production orders on schedule while maintaining our quality standards
• Identify and address equipment issues or quality concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort learning equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions consistently
• Reliability for second shift work
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate manual tasks
