About the Role
As Production Supervisor, you'll manage daily manufacturing operations and lead a team of production associates on the factory floor. You'll be responsible for maintaining safety standards, meeting production schedules, and ensuring consistent product quality in our Palmetto facility.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate production team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, safety compliance, and adherence to quality standards
- Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate status updates to management
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce workplace safety protocols
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry standards
