Project Manager

Gpac is hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Pines, LaPorte County, Indiana. We're seeking an experienced project management professional to oversee complex construction and development projects across our growing portfolio of commercial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and senior living properties.

About the Role

As a Project Manager with Gpac in the South Bend area, you'll be at the center of successful project delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and teams from initiation through completion. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects while collaborating with experienced executives and skilled trades professionals.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Project Executives to establish contracts, purchase orders, and project terms
• Coordinate and schedule all required inspections, testing, and compliance activities
• Manage submittals, material samples, and vendor documentation throughout project phases
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier relationships, performance, and communication
• Track project documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate effective communication between ownership, design, construction, and trade teams

What We're Looking For

• Proven project management experience in commercial construction or development
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Familiarity with project scheduling software and contract management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
