Project Manager

About the Role

You'll manage high-impact projects connecting our technical specialists with clients across multiple sectors. This role sits at the intersection of engineering expertise and operational excellence, requiring someone who can translate project goals into structured timelines, coordinate moving parts, and keep stakeholders aligned from kickoff through delivery.

What You'll Do

• Own project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation from concept through completion
• Coordinate with specialized engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycle
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early, developing solutions to keep projects on track
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables, providing regular status updates and documentation
• Support continuous improvement in project processes and team workflows

What We're Looking For

• Proven project management experience, ideally with a construction or engineering background
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities across technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Problem-solving mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity in complex environments
• Full-time availability and willingness to work from our Perry office

What We Offer
