About the Role
Traffic Planning and Design, Inc. is actively recruiting Construction Inspector Supervisors and Managers at all levels. We're looking for experienced professionals who combine technical expertise in construction inspection with strong leadership abilities, backed by at least 5 years of relevant field experience.
What You'll Do
- Direct on-site construction inspection activities and coordinate field operations
- Verify compliance with design plans, specifications, and applicable building codes
- Oversee and guide inspection teams, providing feedback and mentorship
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address construction matters
- Maintain detailed records and manage inspection data to support project documentation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction inspection or field supervision
- Demonstrated work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality and safety
- Strong team player with the ability to supervise and motivate others
