What You'll Do
- Welcome and greet customers, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage visitor check-in, appointment scheduling, and traffic flow to appropriate team members
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting customer center environment
- Answer questions about floor plans, community amenities, and the homebuying process
- Mentor and support Host I team members, assisting with training and onboarding initiatives
- Document visitor information and provide accurate reporting to management
