Papa John's International is now hiring a full-time Delivery Driver in Smyrna, Rutherford County to join our growing team and help us deliver hot, quality pizza to customers in the community.

About the Role

As a full-time Delivery Driver with Papa John's International, you'll be the final connection between our kitchen and our customers. This position offers an hourly wage combined with mileage reimbursement and tips, which you'll receive at the end of each shift. You'll drive to deliver orders throughout the Smyrna and Rutherford County area, ensuring every delivery meets our standards for speed and quality. What You'll Do

• Drive to customer locations and deliver pizza orders safely and on time
• Collect payments and process transactions at delivery locations
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and practice safe driving habits
• Handle cash and card payments accurately
• Represent Papa John's International professionally with every customer interaction
• Meet delivery time expectations and contribute to customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and proof of reliable, insured vehicle
• Safe driving record
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Responsibility with cash handling and transactions
• Physical ability to carry pizza boxes and navigate safely
