About the Role

As a Car Wash Associate at Spark Car Wash, you'll be the face of our operation, delivering fast, reliable service to customers who rely on us to keep their vehicles spotless. This is a full-time position where you'll work hands-on in our express exterior car wash facility, ensuring every vehicle that leaves our site meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor car wash equipment to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Manage customer transactions, payments, and account inquiries
• Perform quality inspections on vehicles before and after washing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times
• Provide friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of wash systems
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures consistently

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent work experience)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as scheduled
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
