What You'll Do

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts
- Work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and service teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Monitor account health and proactively address concerns before they escalate
- Present updates and business reviews to senior client leadership
- Support contract negotiations and renewals with enterprise partners
- Champion client feedback internally to drive continuous service improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships or enterprise account management
