Inside Sales Representative

Drive Devilbiss Healthcare is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Baxter Estates, Nassau County. You'll be the direct connection between our medical product solutions and the healthcare providers and facilities who depend on them to deliver quality patient care.

About the Role

In this inside sales position, you'll drive revenue growth across our homecare, long-term care, retail, and e-commerce channels. Your outreach and relationship-building will help connect healthcare decision-makers with the medical equipment and supplies they need to operate effectively and serve their patients.

What You'll Do

• Proactively reach out to prospective customers and nurture existing accounts via phone and email
• Assess customer needs and recommend solutions from our diverse product portfolio
• Process orders, manage account information, and maintain detailed records in our CRM
• Advance sales opportunities through the pipeline with timely follow-up and clear communication
• Answer product questions regarding specifications, inventory, and pricing
• Coordinate with operations, fulfillment, and customer service teams to ensure successful delivery
• Work toward and exceed your sales targets while delivering excellent service

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
• Inside sales, account management, or related customer-focused background
• Strong communication and active listening abilities
• Talent for building trust and establishing professional relationships quickly
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales software
• Self-directed work style with strong team collaboration skills
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities
• Knowledge of or genuine interest in healthcare and medical devices
