About the Role
As a Sales Trainee, you'll join our team to develop real-world sales expertise in the beverage distribution industry. This position is your pathway into professional account management—successfully completing our training program and certification prepares you to interview for Account Sales Manager roles and build a career with Red Bull Distribution Company. During your tenure as a Sales Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience while meeting performance standards and learning the skills that matter in field sales.
What You'll Do
- Participate actively in our sales training program, mastering product knowledge and distribution strategies
- Work alongside experienced account managers to understand customer relationships and sales tactics
- Build familiarity with your assigned territory and customer base in the Erie County area
- Support sales activities while meeting the performance standards set for the training phase
- Complete certification requirements that position you for advancement to Account Sales Manager positions
- Develop the professional habits and problem-solving skills that drive success in beverage distribution sales
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred
- Strong motivation to learn sales and distribution operations from the ground up
- Ability to meet performance expectations and complete training milestones
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in-territory, in the Sandusky area
- Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility as the role requires
