About the Role

As a Retail Assistant Manager with maurices, you'll play a key role in our store's daily operations and customer experience. This part-time position offers hands-on retail leadership, directly supporting our team and customers in our Albany location.

What You'll Do

• Support store management and team members on the sales floor
• Deliver expert customer service and styling guidance for our full range of styles in sizes 0–24
• Help maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, and product displays
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and organization
• Handle transactions and cash management with accuracy
• Support opening and closing procedures as scheduled
• Foster a positive team environment and help train new staff members
