About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician with Behavioral Framework, you'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavioral intervention plans. What You'll Do
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA with fidelity and consistency

- Communicate progress and observations clearly with supervisors and treatment teams
- Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with clients and their families
- Comply with all clinical and ethical standards in behavior analysis
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT) or active pursuit of RBT certification
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent, objective records
- Genuine commitment to supporting children and families with compassion and professionalism
