About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll deliver comprehensive behavioral health services in a professional setting committed to clinical excellence. You'll work directly with clients and families while supervising and training qualified behavior technicians, making meaningful contributions to the lives of the children and families we serve.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis research
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and ongoing mentoring to behavior technicians and clinical staff
• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies tailored to each client's developmental and behavioral needs
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Coordinate care with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and case records in compliance with regulatory and professional standards

What We're Looking For

• Current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D)
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse families and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassion, cultural sensitivity, and genuine dedication to client welfare
• Proficiency with electronic health records and behavioral data analysis systems
