Cambridge Real Estate Services is hiring a Property Manager to join our team in Portland, Multnomah County. In this full-time position, you'll manage day-to-day property operations and deliver excellent service to residents at one of Portland's premier property management firms.
About the Role
This is a full-time Property Manager role working Tuesday through Saturday, 40 hours per week, with an hourly wage of $28.00–$30.00. You'll oversee residential properties, coordinate with tenants and vendors, and ensure all operations comply with local Multnomah County housing standards and regulations.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily property operations and resident interactions
- Supervise maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor coordination
- Enforce lease terms, collect rent, and process lease renewals
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Ensure full compliance with Portland and Multnomah County housing laws
- Monitor budgets and control operating expenses
- Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts professionally
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in property management or related role
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with property management systems and software
- Understanding of Portland-area and Multnomah County rental regulations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Professional presence and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to commit to the Tuesday–Saturday work schedule
