StorAmerica Management is hiring a full-time Property Manager for our self-storage facility located at 27831 Center Drive in Mission Viejo, Orange County. This on-site position starts at $23.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package and two-week training program to ensure your success.
About the Role
You'll manage the day-to-day operations of our Mission Viejo storage facility, working five-day weeks with eight-hour shifts. This role positions you at the center of customer experience and operational excellence, with the support of our comprehensive training program to help you master every aspect of self-storage management.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily facility operations including customer move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing account management
- Develop and nurture customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Process rent collection, payments, and financial transactions with accuracy
- Maintain facility appearance, cleanliness, and security standards
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot concerns professionally
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
- Monitor facility equipment, inventory, and maintenance needs
What We're Looking For
