Manager, Assistant Property

What You'll Do

• Manage daily property operations including maintenance coordination, vendor relationships, and facility oversight
• Develop, implement, and maintain property management policies and operational procedures
• Address tenant concerns and requests with professionalism and urgency to ensure high satisfaction
• Oversee property conditions, coordinate repairs and improvements, and maintain asset value
• Monitor operating budgets, track expenses, and identify efficiency improvements
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, lease agreements, and company standards
• Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and required reporting
• Collaborate with owners, stakeholders, and service contractors on property-related initiatives
