What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and lease compliance
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
- Handle rent collection, accounting, and financial reporting
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve disputes professionally
- Ensure properties meet safety, health, and regulatory standards
- Supervise property staff and coordinate with contractors
- Market vacant units and screen prospective tenants
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing residential properties
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
