About the Role
As an Associate Attorney at Costa Ivone, LLC, you'll support our workers' compensation practice by handling legal matters for clients throughout their claims process. You'll work closely with experienced attorneys, developing your expertise in Illinois workers' compensation law while providing direct client service in a collaborative environment that values professional growth and innovative legal solutions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents
- Assist clients with workers' compensation claims and hearings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and administrative agencies

- Support trial preparation and attend proceedings
- Contribute to case strategy development under attorney supervision
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor degree and active Illinois bar admission (or eligible to practice)
