About the Role

As a Crew Member at our Dunkin' location in Valparaiso, Porter County, you'll play a key role in creating the positive, energetic atmosphere our customers expect. This is a part-time position where you'll work directly with guests and teammates to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining our high standards for quality and cleanliness.

What You'll Do

• Prepare beverages, food items, and baked goods according to Dunkin' operational and quality guidelines
• Take customer orders and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Deliver friendly, attentive service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout your shift
• Collaborate with fellow crew members to handle the demands of a busy quick-service restaurant
• Operate equipment safely and follow all food handling procedures
• Restock supplies and assist with opening or closing duties as assigned
