Member Experience Expert

We're seeking an enthusiastic Member Experience Expert to join the team at Workout Anytime - Pugh, located in Hixson, Hamilton County. This is a part-time position where you'll be the heartbeat of our facility, creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring every member feels valued every single day.

About the Role

As our Member Experience Expert, you'll be responsible for making a genuine connection with every person who walks through our doors. You'll play a critical role in shaping our members' fitness journeys by providing exceptional service, maintaining our facility standards, and fostering the inclusive, energetic culture that defines Workout Anytime - Pugh.

What You'll Do

• Greet members with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression
• Process member check-ins and handle day pass transactions with efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct facility tours and explain membership options to prospective members
• Address member questions and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked facility environment
• Monitor equipment to ensure safety and functionality for all members
• Support team initiatives aimed at member engagement and community building
• Represent the Workout Anytime - Pugh brand with professionalism and positivity
