Associate Restaurant Manager

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Restaurant General Manager and directly impact the success of our business through leadership, supervision, and hands-on management of daily operations.

About the Role

As Associate Restaurant Manager at Summerwood Master, you'll serve as a key member of our management team, providing critical coverage across operating hours and stepping in as the on-site leader when the General Manager is unavailable. You'll report directly to the Restaurant General Manager and oversee a team including Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members, ensuring consistent service quality and operational standards every shift.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, maintaining service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Support the General Manager with staffing decisions, training, and performance management
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
• Coach and develop Assistant Managers and Shift Managers to strengthen the leadership pipeline
• Monitor sales performance, food costs, and labor metrics to support profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and service recovery
• Participate in staff recruitment, scheduling, and creating a positive team culture

• Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food service standards, and P&L fundamentals
