Stocking Team Associate

About the Role

As a Stocking Team Associate, you're the backbone of our retail operations. What You'll Do

• Stock and organize merchandise on store shelves, displays, and storage areas, following Walmart's standards for appearance and accessibility
• Receive and process incoming shipments and inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper placement
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to reorder or replenish items as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow all safety protocols
• Assist customers with product location and general inquiries when needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet store standards and deadlines
• Rotate merchandise to ensure older stock sells first and minimize waste

What We Offer

Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $14 to $27 per hour (actual rate determined by location and qualifications), plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and potential premium pay of $0.35–$3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
