About the Role
CREO GROUP is seeking an Inspector Packer for our manufacturing facility. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling options including day shift (6:30 AM–7:00 PM), night shift (6:30 PM–7:00 AM), and rotating 12-hour shifts with alternating weekly hours (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next). You'll be central to our commitment to delivering quality products while maintaining our sustainable manufacturing standards.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of finished products for defects and quality compliance
- Verify product specifications, labeling, and packaging accuracy before shipment
- Pack items into containers using established procedures to meet quality and safety standards
- Identify and document quality issues; escalate concerns to supervisory staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas; follow all facility safety protocols
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining zero-defect mindset
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies and defects
- Ability to work any assigned shift, including nights and rotating schedules
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive hand movements
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting production deadlines
- Basic communication skills and responsiveness to supervisory direction
- Manufacturing, inspection, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
