Machine Assistant Operator (Flexo) – 2nd Shift

As a Machine Assistant Operator specializing in Flexo equipment, you'll work the 2nd shift to support our production team in preparing and maintaining flexographic printing and die cutting machinery. What You'll Do

• Configure rails and set up the print and die cut sections on Flexo machinery following established setup protocols
• Conduct thorough inspections of all dies before each production run and after completion to identify and report any damage requiring repair
• Verify that all fastening bolts securing the cutting dies are properly installed and tightened to specification
• Monitor finished box quality throughout production, checking for common defects including loose liners, warping, dimensional accuracy, and print clarity
• Support overall production efficiency and quality standards on the 2nd shift
