Join Ryder System as a Construction Project Management Corporate Fellow, working remotely from our Madison, Wisconsin hub. This full-time fellowship opportunity offers hands-on experience in construction and project management within our Supply Chain Solutions division, running from September 8, 2026 through November 19, 2026.

About the Role

This is a structured corporate fellowship program through Hiring Our Heroes, designed for military service members, veterans, and their spouses transitioning into construction project management careers. You'll gain practical experience overseeing construction initiatives, managing timelines and resources, and collaborating across cross-functional teams in a dynamic supply chain environment. Working remotely provides flexibility while you contribute directly to real projects and deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to maintain project alignment
• Assist in identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
• Participate in project documentation and reporting activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain organization

What We're Looking For

• Current or former military service member or spouse enrolled in the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Program
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with project management concepts or basic construction knowledge (preferred)
• Commitment to professional development and learning
