What You'll Do

- Diagnose equipment faults and implement repairs using specialized technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Monitor real-time building system operations, performance metrics, and automated controls to optimize efficiency
- Coordinate installation and upgrades of building machinery, controls, and related components
- Respond to system failures and emergencies with swift troubleshooting and remediation
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and system documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with facilities teams and external contractors to execute projects and resolve technical issues
