Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll contribute to a workplace where style meets accessibility and every customer finds something to love.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily store operations and assist with scheduling, opening, and closing procedures
• Guide and mentor sales associates on customer service, product knowledge, and team standards
• Monitor inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and operational targets
• Address customer concerns and create positive resolutions that reinforce brand loyalty
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations

• Retail or supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
