About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative at National Debt Relief LLC, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects exploring debt management options. Working from our Pennsylvania office, you'll handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to qualified leads, combining active listening with consultative selling to help prospects understand how our programs fit their financial needs.
What You'll Do
- Contact prospects via phone, email, and digital channels to present relevant debt relief solutions
- Qualify leads by understanding their financial situations and determining program eligibility
- Explain program structure, benefits, terms, and expected outcomes in clear, accessible language
- Address prospect concerns and overcome objections through informed, respectful dialogue
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management system
- Work toward consistent sales goals and manage your pipeline effectively
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated sales or customer service experience, ideally in financial services or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with diverse clients
- Resilience and professionalism when navigating difficult conversations and handling rejection
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through on commitments
