Regional Maintenance Manager

About the Role

As Regional Maintenance Manager at JLL, you'll take ownership of a multi-property maintenance function, coordinating teams and contractors to keep facilities in excellent condition. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance issues and operational excellence across your region.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple properties
• Manage and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with external contractors
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and develop preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain property maintenance budgets and track service costs
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and operational standards
• Work closely with property managers and clients to address facility needs
• Track maintenance metrics and prepare reports on property condition

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on maintenance management experience in commercial real estate or similar environments
• Proven track record managing maintenance teams and vendor relationships
• Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment, and maintenance best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively to urgent situations
• Relevant certifications or licenses such as HVAC, electrical, or building operations preferred
