About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician I at our Warren facility, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment while ensuring our facility meets food safety and operational standards. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in keeping production flowing and our team safe.
What You'll Do
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform equipment adjustments and minor repairs to minimize downtime
- Monitor equipment performance and document maintenance activities
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow food safety protocols
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from production staff
- Support facility compliance with food manufacturing regulations and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Reliable attendance and willingness to follow procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
