About the Role

As our Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be the skilled professional our manufacturing team counts on to inspect, repair, and maintain machinery and production equipment. You'll perform both routine preventative maintenance and urgent troubleshooting to minimize downtime, working closely with our engineering team to keep our facility operating smoothly and safely. Your hands-on expertise directly supports product quality and our production schedules every single day.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose mechanical failures and implement solutions quickly to restore equipment operation
• Execute planned preventative maintenance programs to catch issues before breakdowns occur
• Read technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals to guide repair work
• Document all maintenance activities and track equipment performance metrics
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls and production emergencies
• Collaborate with engineering staff to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or in industrial equipment repair
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical measuring instruments
• Ability to comprehend technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures
