About the Role

As an Engineer, Digital Relay Design at Constellation, you'll design and develop digital protection relay solutions that safeguard power infrastructure and maintain grid stability. Working on systems that represent the intersection of electrical engineering and digital innovation, you'll help create the technologies that detect faults, coordinate protective responses, and ensure power systems operate reliably.

What You'll Do

• Design digital relay algorithms for protection and control applications in power systems
• Perform analysis, simulation, and field testing to validate relay designs across operational scenarios
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, software developers, and project teams to integrate relay solutions
• Create technical specifications, design documentation, and comprehensive test procedures

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Foundational knowledge of power system protection principles and relay design

• Familiarity with relay simulation tools, power system modeling software, or testing equipment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
