About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential communities in the Scottdale area. This position is central to creating thriving living environments for our residents while maintaining strong financial performance and compliance. You'll lead a team, manage all operational facets, and work within a collaborative culture that supports your professional growth and makes a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

• Direct day-to-day property operations, including lease administration, renewals, and resident communications
• Supervise maintenance, administrative, and support staff, coordinating timely responses to repair requests and maintenance needs
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships, address concerns promptly, and resolve conflicts to maximize satisfaction and retention
• Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial performance targets are consistently met
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies with consistency and fairness
• Market vacant units, conduct showings, and maintain optimal occupancy levels
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws, including fair housing regulations
• Prepare reports, analyze key metrics, and submit documentation to corporate leadership

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-unit residential properties or equivalent property management background
• Proficiency with property management software and thorough knowledge of lease agreements and fair housing requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities
• Solid financial management skills with experience tracking budgets and performance data
