About the Role
You'll manage the end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects, serving as the central coordinator between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Based in Cayey, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with regulatory requirements that govern today's manufacturing sector.
What You'll Do
- Plan and track project timelines, resource allocation, and critical milestones
- Develop and monitor budgets, cost estimates, and financial performance across project phases
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions with manufacturing teams and senior management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in both Spanish and English to maintain clear, consistent communication
- Navigate regulated industry requirements and ensure compliance throughout project lifecycle
- Identify obstacles early and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum five years of professional experience in regulated manufacturing or technical industries
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and lifecycle processes
- Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimation
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work flexible hours, including administrative shifts and adjusted schedules based on operational needs
