About the Role
As a Glass & Panel Project Manager at SPS, you'll take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the exact specifications our clients expect. This full-time position requires hands-on coordination, strategic planning, and proven leadership skills across the glazing and panel construction sector.
What You'll Do
- Direct project execution across panel products, glass/glazing systems, and curtainwall installations
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including suppliers, vendors, and specialized subcontractors
- Manage client relationships and ensure alignment between project scope, timeline, and deliverables
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels
- Maintain quality standards and compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols
- Resolve issues and manage changes with minimal impact to project timelines
