What We're Looking For
- Experience in apparel product development, fashion design, or merchandise planning
- Knowledge of children's apparel markets, sizing standards, and consumer preferences
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented approach with creative problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated capability managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with PLM software or product development tools preferred
