About the Role
As an Intervention Specialist with Applied Behavioral Services, you'll be at the heart of our ABA-based programs, delivering direct support services within an 11-month educational framework. Your work will focus on helping learners develop practical, lasting skills through structured one-on-one and group interventions. This is a full-time position based in Remington that combines clinical expertise with day-to-day relationship-building.
What You'll Do
- Plan, implement, and lead individualized behavioral interventions aligned with established clinical protocols
- Conduct behavioral assessments and contribute to treatment plan development
- Work directly with children and young adults in educational and community settings
- Track learner progress through systematic data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Adjust intervention strategies based on measurable outcomes and client response
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of behavioral services delivered
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children and young adults, ideally in special education, behavioral health, or direct care
- Knowledge of or certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related behavioral frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to implement treatment protocols with fidelity and consistency
- Proficiency in data collection, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation
- Patience, integrity, and commitment to measurable results
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work in various settings within Jasper County
