About the Role
As a Personal Trainer at Crunch Appleton, you'll partner with members to design and deliver customized fitness programs tailored to their unique goals, abilities, and lifestyle. You'll be the go-to expert who motivates, educates, and guides our members through every step of their fitness journey—from nutrition basics to proper form on the gym floor. This is a full-time position offering a flexible schedule, so you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while maintaining work-life balance.
What You'll Do
- Develop personalized fitness programs based on individual client assessments, goals, and fitness levels
- Provide expert instruction on cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and functional fitness techniques
- Educate members on proper nutrition, lifestyle habits, and sustainable health practices
- Monitor client progress, adjust training plans, and celebrate milestones with them
- Demonstrate proper exercise form and technique to ensure safety and maximize results
- Build lasting relationships with clients to increase engagement and member satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends and fitness certifications
What We're Looking For
- Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Ability to assess client fitness levels and adapt programs accordingly
- Excellent customer service orientation and member engagement mindset
