Join Boys And Girls Clubs Of King County as a Youth Fellowship Intern and help shape the future of young people throughout the Seattle area. This full-time internship position is based in Tukwila, King County, and offers hands-on experience working directly with youth in a mission-driven organization that has served the community for over 75 years.

About the Role

As a YF Intern at Boys And Girls Clubs Of King County, you'll play a vital role in delivering transformative programming and support to youth during their most critical out-of-school hours. You'll work alongside experienced staff and community mentors to create safe, engaging environments where young people can thrive, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of youth in King County while gaining professional experience in youth development and community service.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning, facilitating, and leading youth activities and programs across multiple club locations
• Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to young participants during programs and activities
• Help create inclusive, welcoming spaces where all youth feel valued and encouraged to participate
• Support program staff in tracking participant progress and documenting program outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure program quality, safety, and alignment with organizational values
• Engage with parents and guardians to strengthen connections between club programming and family support

What We're Looking For

• Passion for youth development and commitment to making a positive difference in young people's lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse youth
• Reliability and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in the youth development field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for some program locations)
