About the Role
As Assistant Manager at Bakers Crust, you'll play a key leadership role in day-to-day restaurant operations. You'll work alongside our management team to ensure smooth service, maintain our high standards, and support our commitment to enriching the lives of both our guests and team members. This is a full-time position based in Virginia Beach.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and team coordination
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
