What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, delegating tasks and ensuring consistent execution of recipes and preparation standards
• Maintain food safety protocols, temperature control, and sanitation across all kitchen areas
• Manage ingredient quality, inventory, and waste reduction to optimize costs
• Train team members on proper food handling, equipment operation, and service efficiency techniques
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly to meet customer expectations
• Coordinate with management and front-of-house staff to maintain service flow and resolve operational challenges
• Create a safe, organized kitchen environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working in a commercial kitchen or food service operation
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing a team
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and health code compliance
• Ability to thrive and make quick decisions in high-volume, fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work comfortably in a warm kitchen
