About the Role
As a Production Worker at Koch & Co, you'll be part of our manufacturing team responsible for the assembly and construction of cabinets and doors. Working under the guidance of our production supervisor, you'll help maintain quality standards while keeping production moving forward in our Tennessee facility.
What You'll Do
- Build and assemble cabinets and doors on the production floor
- Perform assembly tasks under the direction and supervision of the production supervisor
- Maintain quality standards and workplace safety throughout your shift
- Work as part of a manufacturing team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand for 8 hours per day on the production floor
- Capability to walk, bend, twist, and reach as needed during work tasks
- Physical strength to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 80 pounds
- Willingness to work full-time in a production environment
- Reliability and attention to detail in a team setting
