Entry level Operator

Snap-Tite Hose is hiring an Entry level Operator for our Presque Isle, Erie County manufacturing facility. This is a full-time position on our 1st shift production team, offering an excellent opportunity for someone ready to build a career in precision manufacturing.

About the Role

We manufacture critical hose assemblies and components used across firefighting departments, agricultural operations, and other essential industries that depend on reliable equipment. As an Entry level Operator, you'll work hands-on in our production environment, learning our manufacturing processes and contributing to the quality products our customers trust.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor hose manufacturing equipment and production systems
• Assemble hose components according to technical specifications and work instructions
• Conduct quality inspections and testing of finished products
• Maintain organized work areas and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns
• Support team members and follow all established safety protocols
