About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll work directly alongside our licensed physical therapists to provide hands-on support and patient assistance. Your shift runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering consistent daily schedules across a 90-week contract period.

What You'll Do

• Assist licensed physical therapists with direct patient care and treatment delivery
• Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment spaces to clinical standards
• Help patients transition safely between exercises and positions during sessions
• Support patient documentation and record-keeping as directed by supervising clinicians
• Communicate compassionately with patients to ensure comfort and understanding
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control protocols throughout the facility

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; allied health certification preferred
• Prior experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or clinical healthcare settings
• Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and position changes
