Clubhouse Manager

Inframark is hiring a Clubhouse Manager to lead daily operations at our residential community in Tampa, Florida. In this full-time position, you'll be the operational cornerstone keeping our clubhouse facilities running smoothly, safe, and welcoming for all residents who rely on them.

About the Role

Your mission is straightforward: ensure the clubhouse operates flawlessly every day. You'll manage facilities, coordinate with board members and property management leadership, and serve as the trusted point of contact for residents and internal teams. This is hands-on, visible work that directly shapes how residents experience their community.

What You'll Do

• Direct all clubhouse operations including facility scheduling, reservations, and maintenance coordination
• Plan and execute community events and activities that bring residents together
• Maintain comprehensive facility records, compliance documentation, and usage logs
• Serve as the primary communication link between residents, the board, and Inframark management
• Partner with Lead Property Managers, Senior Managers, and Regional leadership to uphold community standards
• Enforce community policies and handle day-to-day administrative operations
• Track facility budgets and report on expenditures to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing community facilities or clubhouse operations
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication abilities
• Proven skill working collaboratively with residents, volunteers, board members, and professional management teams
• High standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and operational quality
• Genuine passion for fostering community connection and resident satisfaction
• Available to work full-time on-site in Tampa
