About the Role

The Bureau of Licensing, Licensing Systems and Program Management Division is seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our regulatory operations. As an LCB Licensing Specialist, you'll play a central role in building competency across our team while ensuring rigorous adherence to state liquor laws and licensing standards. Your work will directly impact how quickly and fairly we process applications and serve Pennsylvania's hospitality industry.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and educational curriculums for licensing staff
• Establish, document, and refine standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in regulatory review processes
• Conduct instructor-led and ongoing training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and technical proficiency
• Oversee the regulatory examination and approval of liquor license and permit applications
• Monitor compliance with state regulations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to standardize best practices across the licensing division
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on licensing requirements and regulatory interpretation
