About the Role

We're looking for reliable night-shift team members to manage store operations during third-shift hours (typically 10 PM–6 AM). You'll often work independently, taking full ownership of the store while it's in your care. This role combines customer service, cash handling, and facility maintenance — ideal for self-starters who stay focused and productive when working alone.

What You'll Do

• Process customer transactions, manage the register, and handle cash accountability
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain product displays
• Perform deep cleaning, restocking, and facility upkeep throughout your shift
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service to overnight shoppers
• Monitor store security and follow company protocols during solo shifts
• Keep the sales floor organized and ensure the store is ready for day-shift handoff

What We're Looking For

• Strong ability to work independently and stay motivated without direct supervision
• Confidence and comfort working alone during extended nighttime hours
• Cash handling experience or willingness to learn register systems
